History
The company Multinorm d.o.o. was founded on 28th May 1998 by Milan and Alen Magdić, with seat in Cerna.
The company Multinorm was founded with a specific sense of patriotism. The founders wanted to transfer the knowledge and experience they had acquired over many years in Germany to Croatia, in order to create a centre for technology and design engineering on European level.

Mr. Milan Magdić started his career at BMW as a metalworker. Over the years, he acquired experience and specialized in car body design, the production or design of tools for special purposes, spot-welding and other welding of car bodies, by additional occupational training. How much the specialization influenced his decision to start his own business, is also shown in the fact that he is also to be merited for a couple of patents, created during his work at BMW.
In the beginning, Multinorm engaged in the import of aluminium scaffolding and ladders from Germany and took up design engineering in 2001.
In the first year of business, the company only had one employee, who was hired for the design work, whereas today, having established itself on the European market, it counts 26 employees (highly qualified design engineers and technical drawers with rich experience in the design and elaboration of technical sketches).
Our first large customer was the German company Wagner Maschinen- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH, from whom we keep on receiving big orders for the design of special tools and devices for the automotive industry up to this day.
Our currently largest customer is the company Strama – MPS GmbH und Co. KG.
There are also other German companies: Wagner Maschinen- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH, Wilhelm Karmann GmbH and Schulz Engineering GmbH.
Among Croatian customers, Same Deutz Fahr – Žetelice can be mentioned, for whom we have also designed a couple of accessory devices.
Currently, the main activity of Multinorm d.o.o. is the design of special tools and devices for the automotive industry.
